1 Click on the link above. On the New Parent Application, fill out all of the fields except for Household ID and click Save.
2 You will then receive an e-mail with the link to fill in the rest of the YKLI application. Please click on the link.
3 Make yourself a new password and click change.
4 On the next page click ‘Household Admission Applications’.
5 Next to your son’s name that you are applying for, click on the black arrow pointing to the right.
6 Skip the first section.
7 Go to blue Application Payment Method and fill in your information.
8 Go to the Household Basic: Info section and click on the pencil next to your son’s name and fill in every field. When you finish, click on Save.
9 Go to the Student Basic:Info section and click on the pencil next to your son’s name and fill in every field besides for the home address.
10 Go to Household Parents: Info and click on the pencil next to each parent’s name and fill in every field .
11 Go to Household Grandparents Info: section and click on New and fill in every field. Click Save.
12 Go to Household Emergency Contacts Info: section and click on New and fill in every field. Click Save.
13 Go to Household Siblings Info: section, click New and fill in every field. Click Save.
14 Go to Student Academic Info: section. Please check the boxes plus “requires other therapies” if applicable. The remainder of the section is optional. Click Save.
15 Go to Student School Attended: Info section, click New and fill in every field applicable. Click Save.
Once your application is processed, someone will be in touch with you within two weeks to schedule an interview.
